1. Delivery Areas
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery:
o Metro areas: 3–5 business days
o Regional areas: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and
destination.
- Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply at certain times. These will be applied at time of checkout.

4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow 3 business days before contacting us, as an allowance for any delays in shipping.
