  At Mobiliaid, we make it easy for you to use your NDIS funds for online purchases. As a Registered NDIS Service Provider, we offer convenient payment options for all types of NDIS plan management:

  Self-Managed NDIS Plans

  If you manage your own NDIS plan, you can seamlessly complete your purchases directly on our website using a credit card or PayPal. Once your order is placed, simply submit the invoice we provide, along with your claim, to the NDIS for reimbursement.

  Plan-Managed NDIS Plans

  For those with a Plan Manager, paying with your NDIS funds is just as simple:

  1. Select “Pay by Bank Transfer (NDIS)” at checkout.

  2. Enter your Plan Manager’s details in the Billing Address section and your NDIS Participant information in the Shipping Address section.

  3. We will send an invoice directly to your Plan Manager for payment.

  4. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll ship your order.
