MobiliAid Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy 
carefully.

1. Change of Mind Returns
- You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are
unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened absorbent products (e.g., bed pads)
cannot be returned.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48
hours of delivery.
- We may request photos and will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund
under our warranty.


3. Warranty Claims
- Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
- Please contact us if your product develops a fault within the warranty period.


4. How to Return an Item
- Firstly,  click here to email us with your order number, and explaining the issue.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s
responsibility.


5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are
inspected and approved.
